Payment and Delivery

Payment
For your online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible stock issues or other reasons, refunds will be made to your credit card within 15 business days.


Delivery
We strive to hand over the products you ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products that take longer to supply, the shipping time is 3 business days, as indicated in the product details. In the event of a possible delivery delay, you will be informed.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be available during the day as your delivery address.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via  cargo company. Orders will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of two business days after order confirmation.

You may consult with our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Please note that deliveries are only valid within Turkey.


Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed of the situation on the payment page.

In case of an error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.

The validity of the email address specified by our visitor is confirmed by the automatic email sent after the order is transmitted.

We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the successful completion of the delivery.


⚠️ Please Note!
If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you think the product is damaged, have the shipping company prepare a report and do not accept the package.

Once the product has been received, it is considered that the shipping company has fully performed its duty.

If the product is damaged: Please send the prepared report to covarra.sales@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once you complete these steps, we will start processing your request and ensure that your delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

If you briefly explain in this email why you wish to return the product, it will help us improve our processes regarding the item.
